Vinden har øket litt i styrke, og vi gjør fortsatt god fart
med ett rev i hvert seil. Vi regner med noe mindre vind de
neste dagene, og det ser ut som vi kan avpasse farten til å

MINISTER-PRESIDENT KRIS PEETERS (CD&V) TODAY PLAYS HOST to a delegation of 63 Chinese business leaders who are visiting the country under the auspices of Aigo Entre-preneurs Alliance (AEA), which represents 500 major brand manufacturers from China. Led by Feng Jun, the founder and chairman of Aido, one of the biggest Chinese producers of digital cameras, the delegation will visit the site of European Market City (EMC) in Willebroek, where construction is scheduled to start under project developer Guido Bernaerts next month.

SvarSlettEUROPEAN MARKET CITY (EMC) is a 200,000 M (kvm?) exhibition and wholesale centre 20 km from the capital of Europe, Brussels where producers and importers can promote their brands and products to retailers and professional customers. EMC will host a mix of Euro-pean and Chinese companies and more than 20 product categories from covering Fashion, Sport and Culture, Decoration, Electric mobility (cars, bicycles, ..) to Buildings materials.
A very important part of EMC is the dedicated zone for Chinese companies, the China Brand Centre (CBC).
Ground works will start in February 2012. Phase 1 of the construction, which includes the China Brand Center, will be ready for opening at the end of 2012.
