Well, we got no fish yesterday, - neither for lunch nor for
dinner... But we'll keep trying.
The wind picked up at noon, and we made good speed until
sunset, but then the wind lost its power slowly, and by
midnight we had to start the engine again. We had a very dark
sky the whole night, and it looked as if a front was passing
north of us. But we just got a couple of short showers.
This morning the wind picked up again, and we are now sailing
at 7-8 kts again. Total distance last 24 hours was only 135 nm,
10nm less than the previous 24 hrs.
We are waiting for the weather report from Mads at Freevind,
but it's still most likely that we go nonstop to San Blas. We
should then be in Perme by Saturday morning. We are now a
little anxious to meet the Lady (Rio Magdalena), but will do so
at good light, unless it starts to rain again.

As this was written, we suddenly heard a unfamiliar sound from
the fishing reel! Big fish!!! We took the jib in to slow down,
but still it was hard to get the fish on board. But we finally
did! :-) A nice 3-4 kg tuna! Now we have dinner and lunch for
at least two days...

Veldig bra, nå føler jeg at jeg er med, 7-8 knop er kjent fart! Bra fisk også, skullegjerne hatt en bit. Synes dere klarte quizen godt. Eve, var med Alan Parson's Project, og Rocket Man er fra Honkey Chateau. Den forferdelige Calcutta var med Dr. Bombay!

Hei sailors. Det var en bra fangst,tunfisk er godt.Håper dere får litt mer vind snart,men ikke for mye.Her har vinteren bitt seg fast men det er fint om dagen med stålende sol,Liv og erik med ett vennepar kommer til Røyse på vinterferie i morgen.Ha en god tur videre. Astrid og Harald.
